'Won’t have any sort of hot water. So don’t go if you plan to shower the temp handle will just spin in circles and very understaffed. Didn’t even get our room clean being there 5 nights had to ask for bathroom towels every day'

I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...

'Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee.
