'Was awakened by the security guard banging on our neighbors door over and over saying open up open up then there was an alarm that kept going off over and over and over it smelt like cigarette smoke. It was fairly clean, but it had a little bit of damage to the room, my son went out to get in the hot tub, and there was no one out there, and he was told to leave. There was no signage saying the hours of the hot tub since we were awake so early he decided to go get in the hot tub about 8 o’clock...

'Een overnachting zoals je van Quinta kan verwachten, niets meer en niets minder. Wat tegenviel was de geluidshinder van de highway recht tegenover de kamer. En het rolgordijn stelde niets voor, waardoor het gewoon licht bleef in de kamer. Verduisterende gordijnen zouden hier op zijn plaats zijn. Waarschijnlijk kunnen die dan ook het verkeerslawaai dempen. '

'This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main...

'I chose a 3 due to my stay! And with that let me just say the hotel itself is great… the rooms are great. The beds are comfortable. The property it good and well kept… my biggest issue with my stay was being woke up by the people who were staying in the next conjoining room, with loud music playing at 130 in the morning, these people were a complete nightmare… Calls were made to the front desk and security was sent up to tell them to turn the music off.
