'Parking was easy and clean. Did not use the gymn but it did have three pcs of equipment. There was no vent in the bathroom. Shower door leaked onto the floor and was reported. It was looked at but not corrected. The heater was not working. The desk staff and cleaning staff were very professional. My departure was delayed twice but we were accommadated. '

'First I only booked the room due to it advertising that there was a hot tub. False they do not. I mentioned that and the front desk said there’s nothing they do for advertisement. The room keys didn’t work so they switched our rooms and again the room keys stopped working, went to take a hot bath and the tub had rust along with the faucets, I took pictures and showed the front desk and they said that had do with house keeping. 'Things happen.. found used condom on bedroom floor which they came the very next morning and cleaned our entire suite for us. The staff and housekeeping were very nice. The pullout isn’t for an adult. Had stains which I bought stuff to clean it but my 18 year old son had to sleep on small couch with legs on floor and he is 6 feet tall and scoliosis so basically no bed. The mattress for the pullout was very thin and bar in middle of it stuck in his back. The gym was nice and we liked the hotel...

'DO NOT STAY HERE!! i checked in on a tuesday and there was a piece of pasta in the hall by the elevator and when i left on Saturday morning it was still there the elevator floor is nasty and the whole place smelled. In the room next to us there was a woman screaming for help the she was getting beaten. At least 2 of the nights the police were there arresting someone. '

'The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. '
