'This was my 3th stay at Napolitanos and it was a pleasure again. The food and beverages were good, the room was ok and a good view from the fourth floor over Malecon. The hotel is in the centre of st Domingo and everything you need is nearby. Minor thing was the broken shower head in the bathroom. I asked them to fix it, but no one came. Compliments to frontdesk-worker Daniel Amader. He is fantastic and a good guy. He is Always ready to help and makes yoy feel at home.

'When we arrived, there was no record of our booking. The owner came to speak with us and indicated that they do NOT WORK WITH EXPEDIA for bookings and had no record of a reservation. 'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially.
Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'

'Very nice and friendly hotel. Right at thé centre square at main street in the colonial zone. Evrything can be reached by foot or with an uber (very cheap). I would not recommend parking your car in this street, as it is very busy. There is no elevator, so keep that in mind. Also make sure you can get a room that is not facing the square. At night (2-3 am) they will powerwash the square from all the bird poop from the pigeons. That will wake you up. And at 7 am the cleaners with blowers will...
