Geniet van je vakantie ondergedompeld in een onvergetelijke mediterrane ervaring in deze prachtige eigentijdse designvilla, met een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit je suite; de grote tuin met comfortabel solariumgedeelte dat je zomeravonden begeleidt naast de ontspanningsruimte met tuinmeubilair, barbecue en een prachtig individueel zwembad (ZONDER VALLE). Aan de achterkant van de villa kunt u ontspannen in uw tuin met uitzicht op een uniek landschap: het landschap van de Menorquin. Villa La Encina bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen: op de begane grond genieten we van een ruime woonkamer met moderne en comfortabele inrichting met uitzicht op het zwembad vanuit de grote ramen, een nieuwe designkeuken en volledig uitgerust met allerlei apparatuur, een badkamer compleet met douche en een slaapkamer in koloniale stijl, met toegang tot de tuin, altijd vergezeld van veel licht, het belangrijkste kenmerk van het huis. Op de bovenste verdieping vinden we een ruime en lichte suite met uitzicht op zee, met een prachtige moderne inrichting in contrast met de warmte van het hout, uitgerust met een complete badkamer bedekt met mozaïekkeramiek van I coral kwaliteit koraalkleur met hydromassagebad en een elegante kleedruimte Naast 2 DUBBELE kamers met een modern design, met grote inbouwkasten zoals in alle kamers en uitgang naar het uitkijkpunt. Very nice spacious house for a lovely stay at Menorca

We stayed nine days in this very nice house in Cap d'Atrux. Spacious inside as outside. Nice pool en good sunbeds. The kitchen is well equiped so a home cooked meal is easy to do. The beds where smaller than we are used to. Everything well maintained! In less than a 10 minute walk there are lots of restaurants in a nice harbour. We recommend this place!

Sehr nette und positive Beherbergung

Wir wurden sehr zuverlässig und positiv behandelt. Die Verwalterin Heike hat sich super gekümmert. Wenn etwas nicht funktionierte, wurde es am gleichen oder nächsten Tag durch ein Neugerät ausgetauscht (Kaffeemaschine). Da wir vor Saisonbeginn dort waren, haben wir die 3 Wochen Ruhe sehr genossen. Der Besitzer war auch einmal vor Ort und hat uns einen neuen Außengrill einbauen lassen. Die Kommunikation mit Federico war auch sehr nett und positiv. Er hat uns ein echtes Gefühl des Willkommens gegeben.Wir buchen sehr gerne dieses Objekt oder andere Objekte von Federico und/oder Heike wieder.Wir sind jetzt tiefenentspannt und super erholt wieder in Schwerin angekommen, danke für ALLES!!!

Enjoyed our stay

I stayed with my family, 6 adults and my young grandchild for a week in mid September. The property is in an excellent location, quiet neighbourhood and just a short walk to beach/shops/water park/marina etc. The property itself had just about everything we needed for the week and the pool was great......we could alternate between relaxing days at the villa & exploring different places. The property was well equipped and spotlessly clean ......there were not enough cups or glasses for a family of six and some plates were chipped but one can expect that at the end of a season. Not a criticism but just an issue that bothered us was that it would have be helpful to have an information booklet to show where rubbish/recycling could be disposed and some information on local amenities .Overall we enjoyed the property and would consider returning to the resort

Nice house...in a Noisy neighborhood

Just talking about the house itself, we were really happy wth it. Confortable and conform to the description of the add. The only bad surprise was the neighborhood. In between 2 huge Hotel comnplex, we suffered from the noise they make all day long and untill 11:00 pm at night...that was really bothwering us. Also the proximity of the Go Kart ( in the back of the yard ) add even more noise. Not the place to rest and enjoy a calm evening.

Experiència en global buena, colchones hab matrimonio en muy mal estado, hacen falta un cambio.Ubicacion muy buena y zona muy tranquila. Comunicación muy justa con administrador a la hora de llegada, consejos de zona etc. Piscina y barbacoa correcto lo único que muchas avispas alrededores piscina.

La nostra estància ha estat agradable. Ens agrada la pau i durant la nostra estància no hi havia massa gent als voltants. La casa és molt assolellada. Hi havia tres radiadors, però un no funcionava. Tal vegada falta un radiador més per l'hivern. En general, molt bé.

Property was as advertised,clean and had everything we needed.nice peaceful location.easy check in.we had a lovely weeks stay,our son especially enjoyed the swimming pool and we made use of it everyday.kitchen was well equipped,with fridge,freezer,dishwasher,washing machine,coffee machine ,and all your cutlery and plates.easy walk to a selection of bars,restaurants and shops down at the marina.i have a feeling we will return to this villa again in the future.our first villa experience and we really enjoyed it.it was lovely sitting outside of an evening by the pool and enjoying peace and quiet.when we went at the end of october all the restaurants were starting to shut down for the year,but we ate out a few nights and all food was nice.a pleasant stay.

Belle maison avec piscine ce qui est agréable même en octobre où nous avons eu un temps magnifique. La villa est bien située pour visiter l île. Cependant je ne sais pas en pleine saison ce que ça peut donner car il y a un gros complexe à côté et pas de clim. Mais en hors saison je recommande vivement. Propriétaire très sympa et hôte très réactive.

La vivienda en términos generales esta mas que correcta, la cocina empieza a requerir la renovación de algún electrodoméstico. El resto de la casa y los baños están muy bien, en especial la zona de piscina que da mucho juego a un grupo o familia. Hemos estado muy cómodos y la vivienda estaba muy limpia, cuestión esta que hay que recalcar. Muy recomendable.

Villa Encina was an ideal place to stay ,close to the resort centre, plenty of room for a family . Pool area was good , even though we had a patio canopy to use when it got too hot , a couple of sun umbrellas around the sunbeds would be perfect

Tout était super, la villa est grande, spacieuse. Nous étions 7 et n’avons manqué de rien. À côté de tout (Marina et plage) Je recommande la villa pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

The Villa is well situated within five mins of Supermarkets and bus stops to Ciutudella (well worth a visit) it's also less than ten mins from the great selection of restaurants, gift shops and a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise sea in the marina. Menorca is beautiful! the Villa Encina has front and rear sun trap gardens, the pool was perfect and cleaned by an extremely friendly gardener who kept the gardens in check whilst we stayed. Inside the Villa are polished tiled floors a little slippery when wet please be aware...there is plenty of storage and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Take more of your own towels as one set is supplied but quickly used by a large group. One thing to note about the villa if you go early in the season is that the shutters on the doors and windows are difficult to open and close at first possibly in need of some grease, the Internal doors to the front of the villa do not lock so for peace of mind we cable tied the front shutters at night a silly issue that didn't ruin the stay at all but could do with a fix. Frederico and Heike were both lovely and super helpful when needed. Well worth a stay

Es gab in diesem Haus so einige Sachen, die nicht so toll waren. Das Haus hat viele kleine Ärgernisse (Geschirrspüler, Toilette, Auflagen von Garten- und Poolmöbel) deshalb keine Weiterempfehlung von uns.
