This beautiful villa is located on the outskirts of Cala’n Bosch, just a 10-minute walk to the nearest restaurant and supermarket, whilst also within walking distance to its vibrant marina lined with shops, open-air restaurants, and thriving bars. Flanked by a picturesque cove, its calm and shallow, crystal-clear waters make it perfect for an afternoon dip. If you’re seeking a day of history, culture, and shopping, head to Ciutadella and soak up its action-packed streets.
The outdoor space of the villa is serene, featuring a sun-kissed terrace encircled with palm trees and exotic plants. There’s a plethora of sun loungers perfect for sitting back and unwinding with a cocktail in the Mediterranean heat. The star of the show is the oval-shaped swimming pool, made for refreshing afternoon dips to cool off. Our choice for dinner would be in the alfresco dining area, with an outdoor dining table and traditional white brick barbecue perfect for family feasts.
Charming in every way, Villa Iris Bosch is built in the traditional Menorcan style and echoes the Balearic historic architecture. The exteriors embody every part of a quaint Spanish casa, with its terracotta roofs, grand pillars, stucco walls, and rich wooden shutters. Inside hums a Mediterranean tune, with an elegant and simple colour scheme that comes to life from the authentic décor and antique furnishings. The living room is spacious and elegant decorated in cool shades of white and green, with a sofa set to sink into after a busy day of sightseeing. You’ll fall in love with the kitchen if you’re a fan of the retro period style, with old-fashioned wooden cabinets and a quaint mosaic-tiled backsplash. The three bedrooms are spread across the villa, with two twins and one double that can comfortably sleep up to six adults.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path that's 240cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 140cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 140cm wide. The path to the pool area is 240cm wide. The pool area is relatively flat, whilst there's a small lip up to the pool edge. One of the side paths around the villa is narrow and requires access via 1 step. Using this path is not necessary. This is a ground-floor property where the door to the widest bedroom and bathroom door is 70cm wide.
