Villa Juanita Mar is a stylish, detached 3 bedroom villa set within a spacious garden, offering a relaxed setting for your Menorcan getaway. The large private pool and surrounding lawn provide plenty of space to unwind and soak up the sunshine. The villa is well placed for local amenities, with a mini market just a 5 minute walk away and a choice of bars and restaurants reached in around 15 minutes on foot. For a wider selection of shops, dining and sightseeing, the former capital of Ciutadella is a short drive or bus journey away, home to a picturesque harbour lined with restaurants. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Juanita Mar is well located in Calan Forcat, with the nearest mini market just a 5 minute walk, perfect for stocking up on daily essentials. The centre of the resort, with its wide choice of bars and restaurants, is around a 15 minute stroll, while in the summer months a water park and bars with giant inflatables provide fun for children. The rocky cove of Calan Forcat is approximately a 20 minute walk from the villa, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. A larger supermarket is within a 5 minute drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
