Villa Noixa by Escape Home

Beautiful House located in the centre of Cap d'Artruix. Mediterranean-style classic villa with dining room that can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and the other two share a bathroom. Both bathrooms with bathtubs and hairdryers.

In the master bedroom there is a safe without combination. The kitchen, very well equipped, consists of an oven, electric hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and capsule coffee maker and filter coffee maker.

The living room has a TV with digital channels, free WIFI for guests, and provides access to a pleasant porch with outdoor furniture to enjoy pleasant summer afternoons. The outdoor area has a built-in barbecue with views of the pool and a beautiful, well-maintained garden.

For groups consisting of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
