Villa Ondinas is in an ideal location. The seafront is at the end of the street and the centre and waterpark of Calan Forcat/Calan Blanes are reachable in around 10 minutes on foot. For beach-goers, a choice of bays are also within a short walk. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa includes WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms. Villa Ondinas is ideally situated on the outskirts of Calan Forcat, around 10 minutes' walk from the centre of the resort. A choice of great bays, shops, restaurants and the waterpark are all easily reached on foot. The historic town of Ciutadella is only 2 miles away and is definitely worth a visit either by car or bus. Villa Mercedes is are next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In order to save electricity, this villa operates a system whereby the power, including the air conditioning, is only operational when an activation key is inserted. Similar to the system used in a number of hotels, this activation key is connected to the main house keys and would need to be taken out when leaving the villa.
