They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. 'First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...

'La camera in dormitorio che costa 2000rupees, me lo hanno fatto pagare 5000 a notte solo perché avevo prenotato con un app al di fuori dall'India. Hotel situato in un luogo comodissimo e centrale peccato i prezzi, a causa del kumbh mela i prezzi stanno alle stelle e loro se ne approfittano di questa situazione.
