'Mooie locatie, vriendelijke persoon bij het inchecken (niet de eigenaar blijkbaar) maar privacy is een grote nul! Een deel van het balkon en een venster die naar het zwambad kijkt waar een andere familie woont waar je hen hoort praten die je ongerust maakt. Dit was niet duidelijk op de foto's of werd ook niet verteld bij de beschrijving. Bovendien waren de bedlinnen en handdoeken blijkbaar niet in de prijs inbegrepen terwijl in de advertentie duidelijk instaat dat ze wel zouden inbegrepen zijn....

'We cannot recommend Villa Clodia more! We had our wedding as well as our rehearsal dinner, all while hosting 18 of our family members all at this location. The hotel is absolutely stunning, from each and every room, to all the outdoor spaces, to the lobby that becomes your living room. When we booked this location, we didn’t know what to expect being from the United States, but Charlotte and the team ensured that everything was ready and absolutely perfect! 'Really nice house with a surprising sized pool in the backyard, surrounded by comfy sunbeds. This house has several terraces on all floors, including the roof. Good communication with really nice and helpfull people. Just one small remark, the house will not completely be opened for a party of two, if you book it with that amount of people. The price also goes up if you book the house with more people, because there will be more rooms opened by the tennant and there will also be more space to...

'Fantastisk beliggenhet, stor og romslig bolig, men ikke tilpasset utleie for 11 personer. Strømbrudd pga belastning, dårlig røropplegg og svært variabel kvalitet på sengene. Ett av rommene med 4 senger er uten vifte og/eller AC, det ble ubehagelig varmt. Havbunnen rett utenfor er full av kråkeboller så badesko er påkrevd. P.t velegnet for kanskje 6 personer, dersom man er flere bør man sjekke om boligen er blitt oppgradert. Stille og rolig område, man bør ha bil.'

'With 8 friends we stayed for 3 nights in Maria's house. We loved it. The house is luxurious with a nice swimmingpool, bbq, etcetera. It's a 50 minutes drive from the centre of Rome. Contact with Maria was perfect. Due to corona we had to postpone the visit for 2 years (!). That was no problem. We had a memorabele stay!'
