'Stunning house with A+ furnishing, the ceiling fans and air conditioners were useful extras in this year's summer heat. A beautiful garden & terraces and a small but pleasant swimming pool. And let's not forget the incredible view of the surroundings! We could also enjoy the swallows and the bats that passed by! Gave us all that extra "Italy-feeling". And thank you for the warm welcome and of course the start-package in the fridge! We were super positive about everything. But we found it a pity...

'We had a great stay is this beautiful house. It is the perfect location to enjoy Orvieto, Bolsena Lake (Both 15 minutes) and within 75 minutes you are in Rome. The house has different levels outside and with a baby that crawls, it sometimes was a challenge. But the garden was so pretty and colouful. Everything was perfect and clean. Andrea checkt if everything was ok regularly and even brought a microwave. So friendly. Ik really recommend this house.'

'Really disappointed in how this stay turned out. First, we chose it for two reasons: Horse riding (which we confirmed in advance we could do) & a "full apartment with kitchen." It was, literally, the most uncomfortable space I've ever slept in. The rooms shown in most of the photos are the OWNER'S apartment in the 2-story building, not the public rooms. 'Een mooi, ruim oud huis vol karakter En geschiedenis. De tuin heeft een fantastisch uitzicht maar ook veel muggen. Een korte wandeling de berg op en je bent in het mooie centrum met een prachtig groot plein, cafés, restaurants en een paar winkels. Todi heeft een aantal mooie kerken, antieke restanten, musea, een park en schitterende uitzichtpunten. Op en rondom het plein is er ‘s avonds vermaak zoals muziek en films. Todi Is echt een geheime tip!'

'De woning is wat gedateerd en ook de stoelen hielden niet over. Het zwembad (met keukentje en toilet) maakte echter heel veel goed. De eigenaar, Carlo, was buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Voor wie privacy belangrijk vindt, een echte aanrader.'

'In august/september 2022 we had a great vacation in The Old Olive Tree. The house is beautiful and well equipped with plenty of room for the family. The garden (oriented on the south) is nice and big, offering shade and sunshine. The large p;ool is fantastic for a cool-down and fun. The BBQ and outside dining space are perfect. The staff maintaining the house (Mario for the garden and pool (daily) and Meri for the linen) do a great job and are efficient. We didn't see Mario as he did his work...

'What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return...

'Waren met 6 volwassenen en een baby. Camping bed en kinderstoel werden bij aankomst snel geregeld. Het landhuis biedt veel comfort waarbij alle slaapkamers een eigen badkamer/douche en ventilator hebben en horren en luiken voor alle ramen. Een groot zwembad (regelmatig schoongemaakt) in een mooie tuin. Keuken gerei meer dan voldoende aanwezig en een mooie tuin. Alles schoon en netjes; gerund door een behulpzame en vriendelijke familie. Een paar ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn wel aan vervanging...

'As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby...
