'The house is very cute and in a great neighborhood. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Check in and check out easy. I think a house manual would have been helpful. We are tech savvy but the tv was difficult for all of us to figured out. We couldn’t find dish towels. We ate out but still had a few dishes to wash up after coffee or snacks. I didn’t want to run the dishwasher for a few cups or glasses, so ended up using paper towels. Definitely would stay here again.'

'Easy access and parking. House is spacious with sufficient bedroom area upstairs. Great kitchen area fully stocked with anything we could need. Highlights were the game room downstairs even though the pool table needs balancing. Also the hot tub was awesome at night particularly, try the lights and the water features. 'Overall this was a very nice place but the one problem was the bed. It was way too soft and after 3 nights I had to put couch cushions on the floor to sleep the last 2 nights. My sore back recovered then but sleeping in my clothes on the floor was not part of the deal.'

We did visit during an ice storm, so I believe it would be easily utilized in the spring, summer and fall. The property has a slight grade down to the entrance from the driveway because of the ice storm we were unable to get our vehicle out without contacting the host. 'Vicky is a wonderful host. The clean apartment is furnished with an eye for details and has a separate bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen and spacious dining room. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable. The large deck has a nice view of Portland. The apartment is located in one of the better areas of Portland. It is a 40 minute walk to the center. There is also a bus. In short, everything you need for a relaxing and pleasant stay close to the city.'

'Our recent stay here was great. The rooms themselves were incredibly spacious, providing ample space for our group to spread out and relax. A major highlight was that everyone in our party was able to have their own private room. Everyone wanted to stay longer.'

'The apartment was in the basement of the home. It was clean and well appointed. My only issue is my wife and I are tall...6'3 and 5'10. A shorter person would not have to dodge the support beams...LOL! Other than that and not seeing the cats it was a very comfortable stay.'

'Nice spot in historic Irvington neighborhood with bus stop, coffee shops, restaurants, and brew pubs all within walking distance. Mark was incredibly responsive to all my questions.
