Air conditioning, very spacious, newest appliances, plenty of things in the cupboard to do what I needed. Washer and dryer. Very nice small deck with furniture to sit and have morning coffee. More than one coffee maker so you could brew or do a pod. Large TV with tons of channels. '

'Helena had received a foot or more of snow on October 26th. I arrived a week later. The concrete steps, sidewalk and parking lot were snow packed and icy with no signs of shoveling or ice melt. The bottom of the shower curtain was orange and crusty. There was orange mildew stains between the shower pan and walls.
