'This was our second stay at this lovely house on the river. We had 6 adults plus our dogs, so we were thrilled to find a place to accommodate such a large group. Enjoyed the front porch overlooking the river, which was big enough for all of us to use at once, and made use of the back patio with grill. Many charming antiques throughout the house and a beautiful (and large) hand made dining room table. We brought several kayaks and really enjoyed the river. 'Our entire family stayed together at Tree's House and we had such a great experience! The house is so interesting, with its early 20th century architecture, and it's so comfortable, with its modern upgrades. We had plenty of room for all of us and the house felt so homey. Perfect for family meals, game nights, and roasting s'mores. Communication with David was easy and he had the house stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I can't recommend Tree's House enough!'

'We rented this lovely house in Warren so that we could be close Jake's Rocks on the weekend and close to Erie on the day of the total solar eclipse. The house has sizable kitchen and was a great place to cook good food and enjoy time with friends before moving on to Erie to catch the solar eclipse. 'The bears den was a nice quiet getaway for me and my wife to celebrate our anniversary. She chose this time of year because of the fall leaves and the Allegheny national Forest was full of awesome autumn sights. The property is a repurposed restaurant and each unit has a unique theme.
