'Travel to Columbia frequently for family reasons. Without question favorite hotel in the area. After working out logistics of parking and two towers in the first night - I don’t want to stay anywhere else. Staff have been exceptional every visit. Location is great for walking around in the evening. I have traveled across countries for work, definitely one of my top hotels in US and #1 for Columbia'

'My husband and I stayed in a one-bedroom suite. The room was ready and clean upon arrival. The staff was really nice and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately, our bedroom was muggy throughout our entire stay, even with the air conditioning on, which made it difficult for my husband to sleep at night. The water in the sink also drained very slowly. On our last night, we noticed bugs. There was a roach in the room, and because of the low water pressure in the sink, we noticed a bug trying...
