'We wanted to say something at the swimmingpool. Nobody came to us so i had to come to the guy if we could order something. Not a good start. There is alot of constuction around the hotel so you dont get a Nice few. The distance to the centre is very far away from the hotel. The room is clean and new. You can hear the people who are walking in the hallway. Not my best experience. Lucky i stay 1 day only '

'Unbelievably great rooms. Location not bad also. Far away from the chaos of Walking Street. (Unless that’s your thing). Close to fast food options and a big two-stores cafe bakery with a 711 that you can really go and a Korean restaurant. But not immediately around so needs maybe 6-7 minutes of walking '

'We enjoyed the Family Suite of Swissotel with complimentary breakfast buffet for 2. Used my Accor card for the 2 additional breakfast. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Room was so nice that the kids didn't want to swim anymore and just hibernate inside. The pictures in the website are accurate.'

'I love the cleanliness and the friendly staff'

'The room was reasonable and the shower was hot. Unfortunately they did not clean the room when we asked for it to be done so attention to the customer was lacking. Also this was the first hotel in all of my years of traveling that only gives a complimentary breakfast to one person of a double occupancy! They wanted to charge extra for my partner! What the hec was that? I was so upset we just left and had breakfast at another location. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous!!! '

'I was arriving late from Korea. Checked my husband in at Royce since it’s close to Clark, so he can pick me up. We stayed one night in the new area of Royce. I was impressed how our room was comparable to some US hotels. Also, parking was free & easy. Was not able to try the Casino & pool. Breakfast buffet was good.'

'Don’t let the pictures fool you. Open un-air conditioned lobby. Ants everywhere…..in the hallway. In the room. All over the bed!!! Very friendly staff, but for the prices they charge this shouldn’t be problem. '

'Enjoyed my stay at Carousel hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff were attentive and thorough. Room was modern and comfortable. Air conditioning, safe and smart TV worked well. Only negative was stairs and no elevator. A little difficult with luggage. Overall, excellent stay!'

'My family had a blast! Staff and crew especially Ms Venice did everything she can for my families stay memorable, restful and comfortable. Would be nice if in the future to replenish the cutlery and cookware in the unit. Online says it has, but none available, it was also mentioned by the staff that "not part of the booking". '

'Excellent staff. We had a couple of questions about our room and they tended to them very fast and effectively. I would highly recommend this hotel and then if in the area again, I will use this hotel. '

'We’ve been staying at your hotel almost monthly and have always appreciated the comfort and service you provide. However, during our recent stays, we’ve noticed a persistent musty or sweaty odor upon entering the room. It’s quite noticeable and detracts from the otherwise pleasant experience. Additionally, the towels no longer have the fresh, fragrant scent they used to; it makes us wonder if there’s been a change in the laundry detergent or process recently.
