'Check-In was quick and easy. The hot tub was closed for maintenance during our stay. We consistently had problems with the key cards and being able to enter the door and gain access to our room. The shower was completely out of shampoo, which I requested from the front desk staff along with extra towels. Neither of those were ever received, and they were asked twice. In a pinch, I might stay again, but I would likely look for other accommodations first.'

'Nice place to stay, no real big issues, water pressure for the shower and the sink were very good. Breakfast was really good every morning. Check in was okay, personal helping us was a little rude, but in the end he was helpful. Property is nice, rooms were quiet and the black out shades do a great job. Hotel was in a great location not too far from 2 freeways. A lot of things to do within a half mile radius I would recommend this place and would stay here again'

'Airco was niet nodig '

'The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that.'

'The location is great, the townhouse was very comfortable and had all the necessities. We would definitely stay there again. The host always was quick to respond.'
