'My husband and I attended a concert at Lincoln Financial Field and this apartment had everything we needed. It took us about 25 minutes to get to the Field and that was sitting in traffic. The location was excellent for the event. Free designated parking is definitely an added bonus. In the mornings we walked to Dunkin Donuts for coffee and treats even though a coffee pot was provided. We ate at an excellent Indian restaurant within a mile, and we cooked some in the apartment also. ...

'Great spot for a weekend with friends! A group of us stayed here for a weekend and the house was perfect for our needs; bedrooms were spacious for 8 adults, the outdoor patio was perfect for Saturday brunch, and the roof deck was great for watching the sunsets. The house is was ideally located; a quick drive to the stadiums in South Philly and walkable to Passyunk. Ryan was a great host; very responsive and the house was stocked with all the essentials for our stay. '

'Property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my siblings to see a Phillies game. Property was exactly as depicted in photos. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Well stocked with coffee and tea options. Bedrooms are perfect size with comfortable mattress and bedding. TV’s in every room. Location was surprisingly very quiet. 'This was our 'home base' while we were back in the area for the Christmas season. We had a fantastic stay. The house was impeccably clean and well-apportioned, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. 'Suite was perfect, clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was wonderful and left us delicious blueberry muffins for our first morning there. We came for Longwood garden, it did not disappoint. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. '
