Everything from outdoor toys to a stocked kitchen with spices, condiments, coffee & tea, and smores fixings. The bathrooms were stocked with prime essentials for hair and skin and the beds were super comfortable. The pictures don't do the house justice. It was a gorgeous home and the yard is even prettier than the photos. ...

'Bobbi was wonderful throughout our time there at the Sanctuary. We had 46 people staying there for our family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. We had 2 large gathering places and the beds were comfortable. Checkout was smooth too. We liked it so much that we will be going back for our next family reunion.'

'We had a wonderful time at the cabin on Balsam Lake! The downstairs area was perfect for the kids and we had plenty to do between fishing and the kayaks. We braved the seaweed in the middle of the lake for a short swim but were happiest on top of the water. '

'We enjoyed staying in such a beautifully preserved historic property! The location to the Main Street with coffee and restaurants was a short hilly walk and very enjoyable. It’s also walking distance to the river rentals. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the kitchen was well outfitted. Great experience.'
