'We checked in easily. The room was clean. The AC worked well. I went looking for a gym but there was none, so I jogged around the parking lot. While eating breakfast, I heard the phone ring-and-ring-and-ring-and ring because the front-desk person was also the breakfast person and they could only do one job at a time.'

'This is a low budget motel, so I don't expect much. But the room has to be clean and this was not! Multiple stains on the bed linnen, sheets and towels. The floor in the bathroom was sticky and the carpet was not clean.'

'The motel room and carpet needs to be cleaned more and the walls also need painting and the window above the kitchen sink needs new kitchen blinds. The curtains hanging in the front window and the rod that holds the curtains needs repair. The chair in the room and the cabinet that holds a customer’s clothes needs to be replaced with a nicer chair and cabinet.'

'Great location to walk or bike and just very overall nice area very nice hotel great breakfast it’s the Taj Mahal of the area.'

'The room was clean and large. The bed had a beautiful headboard. The mattress was on the hard side. Three large pillows and nice cover. The rest of the decor throughout the property is dated. The reception area is decorated in antiques. The restaurant served mediocre food. The staff at front desk were wonderful! Helpful and knowledgeable about what’s happening in Berkeley Springs. And they were accommodating. Best food in the whole town we found at Creekside Cafe! The Vine is overpriced and...
