'Everything you need. The cottage was clean, had a hairdryer in the bathroom, coffee, towels & wash cloths, sheets, condiments, dish liquid, broom, vacuum cleaner, A.C., lotion , hand soap, front porch with rocking chairs, comfortable beds, etc... just like home. The hostess was exceptional. Enjoyed!'

'This lake house is very modern, and clean, located on Lake Lanier, and has everything you would want in a get away with family or friends. The host is communicative and friendly and the neighbors are too. I highly recommend renting this lovely lake house!'

'We enjoyed this quaint cabin on the river with the waterfalls just steps away. The cabin itself is a cozy retreat nestled in the woods. We enjoyed sitting outside listening to the falls with our coffee, a good book, just soaking in the beauty. My children had a great time fishing and exploring along the river. Great location, close to any activity or store you’d like to visit. Great communication with Tim, who is very helpful.'

'My 3 childhood best friends and I visited the farm for a 41st bday celebration. We loved the view of the lake and meeting the horses. House was well kept, clean, and easy to get to. The property is close to wineries and downtown Dahlonega. Was a perfect size for us.'
