👣 Guests should be aware that the unit is located on the top floor, so stairs will be required. Additionally, the coin-operated laundry facilities are on the second floor, which also involves climbing a few flights of stairs.
👣 Please be aware that guests must climb some steps to enter the house, with one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading down to the basement.
👣 Guests must climb stairs to access the unit, with 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a `garden apartment`) and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing up and down a few flights of steps.
🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you`re traveling with pets.
