'The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting.'

'Great location and would recommend for anyone looking for a place.'

'Loved everything about it except parking'

'The area felt unsafe. Poor lighting, poor parking options. Very noisy. Blinds don’t close. The building was shabby and we were approached by residents upset with unit being rented. Did not feel welcome. The key is in a lockbox on an adjacent property. Lock difficult to manipulate. The rental property was clean but not very comfortable.'

'The property is in an amazing location to downtown and Progressive Park. We walked to the train station from the property to ride the train back to the airport. Saved $30 in Uber costs. We walked to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Close to restaurants for meals and CVS for basic essentials. Communication with the property owner was easy. The property was quiet, but for Guardians game day which is to be expected. My husband and I would stay here again.'

'Wonderful accommodations in a nice part of downtown / CSU campus. Would definitely book again!'

'This place was perfect for my needs. I walked to Progressive field in 10 minutes. Smelled clean. Dirt on our socks from walking on the floors told another tale. Location is perfect I have one complaint. Parking. You need a very small vehicle to use their free parking. I was unable to get into the spot with my Subaru Forester.'

'Great stay!'

'This apartment was great! Pictures reflected the property exactly as it was. It has two large bedrooms and a nice kitchen, dining and family room area. The building was safe and secure and there's a great deli on the first floor that serves breakfast and lunch. Parking was free and connected to the building. Finally, the location was ideal allowing us to reach everything we wanted to do downtown in 15 minutes or less. Highly recommend this property!!'

'This apartment is great. It's spacious and comfortable and in the heart of the theater district.'

'Be warned you need to make arrangements for parking.'

'Great location, enjoyed the unit and views. Outstanding host.'
