'Loved the fireplaces (although didn't use them in July) and the overall ambiance. Very clean property; the staff was more than helpful. Breakfast was a bit meh, but I found food I could enjoy (I don't eat waffles as a rule). Felt safe and secure and comfortable, which is what is important for me as a single woman traveler.'

'Bed sheets very dirty stained. Housekeeper walked in the room without knocking and it was 9am. Gross place.'

'I didn’t like that there was not an automatic entrance door. I need to be able to book online a room on the ground level. I use a wheelchair and when I checked in the designated room was on the second level with no elevator in the building.'

'Nonsmoking room smelled. We switched rooms which was better, but the toilet wasn’t working. King room was overbooked and we had to switch to a double queen. However, the Night manager was very nice and helpful!'
