'The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Also the cleaning staff is very helpful and friendly. So the rooms are basicly perfect. The staff at reception had trouble speaking English and therfore provided me not much help when I asked. I had to put in a lot of effort to get what I needed. Didn't feel service oriented (but I also dont think normally a lot of English speaking guests are present). Overall they had all the facilities of a good hotel, a breakfast buffet and restaurant, laundry...

When mentioning it to the staff they just pulled up their shoulders as if they were telling me they are aware but nobody is doing anything. During part of my stay all electricity was off. People got stuck in the elevator, no internet and no airconditioning in the entire building. A cockroach was found in the elevator.'
