Loved the motel but unfortunately no chef so no food. Good pub close by though.

Had a short stop over after a few long days travelling. Very pleasantly surprised, great sized room, very clean and with everything I needed. Soft fresh bedding and linen made from wonderful night's sleep. Rate this place my most comfortable stay for my long Journey from Darwin to Townsville and back.

There were cobwebs in the corners, dirty marks on the doors and walls, the fridge/freezer hadn't been defrosted for months by the look of it. The toilet had poo splattered around the top of the bowl & under the seat. The door was unlocked when we arrived. On the upside, the sheets were clean and the meal at the pub was nice.

In general, we were quite satisfied with the Leichardt Hotel Motel. Restaurant food was quite acceptable albeit relatively basic. The room was spacious and clean. The only adverse feedback was the very ordinary / quite unreliable wifi that kept dropping out constantly. I suspect the root of the problem is the webpage authentication system which I've always found far more finicky than a simple password arrangement. No doubt the geek responsible charged appropriately for his needlessly complicated creation.

very nice motel in cloncurry
very nice motel. very close to the John Flynn museum. close to the shops. we had a beautiful meal in the dining room. worth staying here just for the food.couldnt find reception, but the lass in the bottleshop got the manager for us

Clean enough but very dated. Accidentally booked a disabled room with 2xQBs. Great that the disabled room was big, however it was very dated. Looks like the room had not been updated since the 60s. Would not go back or recommend.
