'The backyard is not fenced in and open to the hotel and parking lot a few feet from the hot tub so it is not private like it looks on the pictures.'

'This was a nice little cabin close to everything in Cloudcroft. Lots of walkable shops and restaurants. The cabin was comfortable for one person, although I don’t recommend booking this for more than one person since it would be à little cramped, especially the bathroom. The early checkin time was a nice feature, as was the free and easy parking. '

'The Inn was in a great location. It ended up being right next door to the venue for the wedding we were attending. They provided the code and instructions to enter less than an hour before our check in time though text message. Super convenient. All we had to do to check out was reply by text. No fuss. The room was just like the pictures, nice decor. Very clean. Both heaters worked great. Our room had waters, coffee supplies for the Keurig, and even little make-up remover wipes. You can really...

'Outstanding little cabin and even better hosts. Anna went above and beyond to correct a minor misunderstanding. I promise you you haven't stayed in a place like this before. Everything about the house reflects a wabi-sabi sensibility: simple, natural, and incredibly calming. Honor the host's wishes and leave your shoes at the genkan. There is even a little shoe rack right inside the door to place your shoes on. Socks only in the house! Highly recommend.'

'The condo was very nicely decorated and gave the feeling of a warm cozy home. The person responsible for cleaning needed to be more thorough. Also, it would be good to note that there are no food supplies provided (i.e., coffee, sugar, salt or pepper, or any condiments). Those were always available at the VRBOs where we had stayed so I did not go prepared for them to not be available.These things did not cause our stay to be unsatisfactory and the host was very nice and responded promptly. '
