'The Lodge front desk staff and bar staff are kind and friendly. Be able to use stairs as there is no elevator. It’s an old, historic place. Close to Cloudcroft shops and restaurants, but you might want to drive as the Lodge is up a steep incline from the shops.'

'How amazing is this place!! It was perfect for my daughter and I. It was in perfect walking distance of all the things. We enjoyed drinking coffee on the steps of the patio in the morning, and walks throughout the day. I would definitely stay again! Also the beds were so comfy:) My only request is to add a toaster oven because the food around town is too good for the microwave haha I highly recommend this cabin to any small family traveling to cloudcroft! '

'Close to downtown as stated.Door code worked everytime I remembered it correctly.A mini split would have been nice for a/c .The fans worked tho.Whoever cleaned the place used way too much Fabaluso,it was over powering and I'm not sensitive to smells.My stuff even smells like it now lol.The refrigerator sounds like a dishwasher,with death throes included.That small space It was very annoying ,even with my hearing aids out ... If you are a big person you will not fit in the bathroom I'm 6'3" 235...
