'Our second time staying here, we really enjoy this home and the quiet location. The 8 of us stayed comfortably and we loved the layout of the big living area where we could all be together. The large, well set up kitchen accommodates cooks and helpers to work around each other very comfortably. A very nice place to stay at beautiful Cape Kiwanda.'

'Renting process was way as to be expected. Owner quickly reached out with initial details of our stay and again before checking, with a personal touch that was warm and appreciated. Location was wonderful, a little tucked away from the busy, but still close to stores and activities. House was well stocked, clean and organized. Space was larger than I had expected. The perfect place for our family to stay for our vacation. Thank you Three Bells (and Debbie!)'

'Rented this house for Easter weekend. It was 6 adults and 1 child. The view was beautiful the house was very comfortable and well stocking, except for paper towels, only one roll for 3 nights. However that is my only con, every thing else was wonderful!!!'

'We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!'

'The house is large, clean and has a wonderful kitchen! The views of the ocean are stunning and unobstructed. You cannot walk directly to the beach from the house- it is a good 80 ft above the beach on a steep embankment. Beach access is down the street a few blocks- about a 10 minute walk. It was wonderful, but it wasn’t clear to me the beach front listing is different than beach front access. We would stay here again! Perfect for 5 adults (2 couples and 1 single) sharing a house!'

'My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again!'

'Loved the house. Cozy and well stocked kitchen. Property management not helpful with TV issue at all. They obviously only have records of the house but no experience with it. When I asked for help they told me the house only had one TV and I assured them it had two. Long story short, I figured it out myself. Other than that it was a sweet house and I would come again!!'

'Great space. Room for everyone. Great kitchen. The location is awesome. Parking is a nightmare for anyone with a car bigger than a thumbnail however. The batteries to the remotes were all dead, we had to go buy new ones. We enjoyed our time. '

'This house is in a remarkable location. We had a few perfectly clear sunsets we could enjoy simply standing on the balcony. The beach is also just about 25 years away. There were 12 of us and had plenty of space and we had a really wonderful time. That said, I will always try to avoid staying in Vacasa managed homes. It was a great deal for the price but I'm not sure I'd choose to go back. I wouldn't describe it as clean or cozy but great for a long weekend on the coast.'
