'Me gustó lo fácil que es el proceso de check in y out, es bonito en general pero no me gustó que les hace falta más limpieza de las áreas comunes y la alberca está sucia, en los 4 días que estuvimos aquí nunca se dio limpieza a la alberca, este día se veía blanca el agua. El sillón del cuarto está sucio y huele a humedad y las toallas están muy viejas y percudidas. Dan la apariencia de estar sucias. También no me da confianza que el huésped previo lave los trastes porque no sabes si lo hicieron...

'The only issue I encounter was the plunge pool we had in the room. It always seemed dirty. The fact that there is a beach in front of the hotel is nice but not useful, the beach is not good to swim in specially when you have kids so the premium paid for that is not worth it.
