'Buen servicio'

'Esta cerca de la playa, es un hotel basico no tiene remodelaciónes, durante mi estancia el elevador no funcionaba al 100%, para llegar a la alberca (chapoteadero) y estacionamiento tienes que subir muchisimas escaleras en mi caso que llevaba personas de la tercera edad era imposible que subieran. De igual manera el acceso al estacionamiento esta complicado de llegar ya que tiene otra entrada. El aire acondicionado de una de las habitacines que ocupe no funcionaba.'

'The staff (receptionists) are very unhelpfully. They couldn't even store our luggage after check out. Had to pay to the security guard in the end to store them in his private booth. Also no towels can be borrowed (even with hefty deposit of 25Eur+ for 2 towels) after check out. The balcony has a nice view to the beach, but no chaira or other furniture. Besides the view from the balcony the other plis point is Ivan from the reception. He is the only helpful staff we encountered. But his...

'Staff was rude. There was cockroaches. The AC was leaking on the pillow. Staff did not want to change our towels each day. Mind you our stay was over 6 days. The toilet seat was no broken moving side to side.'

'The food use to be better, maybe they got a new cook'

'This place exceeded my expectations. The rooms are super modern, updated, and immaculate. The cleaning services are great and the views from the room are very nice. I love the location. Super close to all the restaurants, food and beach. I would come back. The hotel food is a bit expensive and the local restaurants are better.'

'Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, hotel en excelentes condiciones, lujoso y todo muy práctico.'

'The staff is amazing, the villas have everything you need, but not all of the villas are on the beach. There are no beach chairs on the beach for you to sit on. The ACs in the rooms work well but in the summer the living area and the bathrooms are super hot. If you open all the doors it helps but it is still a sweat fest.'

'Excelente hotel'

'Si quieres despejarte es una buena opción'

'This little hotel was sparkling clean. It has a great location and the restaurant had a great breakfast. We would come back.'
