'This is probably the best accommodation I have ever stayed in, I really didn't want to leave. The attention to detail was amazing and this was the perfect family accommodation and the location was great! I'm going to book my next stay!!'

'I didn't realise we were staying in a brand new little townhouse! It was great. Only negatives: 1. Wifi was really weak. 2. The dishwasher didn't work. We called the 24hr hotline (there'sno receptio), a bit after lunch on a Monday, they couldn't send someone to inspect until the next day. So, the 24hr service is for taking messages, not for repairing faults.'

'Close to central Ballarat, with a short stroll to the station, & close to restaurants & cafes. In the charming part of Lydiard Street North’s heritage homes. A minor issue in the bathroom, with water running continuously in the cistern, needs some attention.'

'Positives- Clean, spacious, older building, easy selfcheckin, perfectly placed short stroll to train station and main road/eateries, plenty of milk for cuppas. Negatives - thin walls and floors so can hear adjacent people, television could not pick up signal at all, secondary wotif messaging service did not work, there's a cutoff timer for the spa so you can't use it after 8pm.'
