'It is a surprise to see the hotel because it is hidden in the estate from the road. It is beautifully situated overlooking the straits with the Castle lit up at night. Inside the hotel is tastefully decorated and everywhere is well maintained An excellent place to discover North Wales from.'

'The spa changing rooms could do with a revamp - they are small, .cold and they don't smell great. More loungers around the pool area would add to the experience too. The corridor leading to the toilets off reception smells terribly and it was the same last time we stayed too, Other than that, the hotel is lovely, the food in the Palm Court is great and the breakfast great too. The treatments in the spa were also amazing. Bathrooms great in the rooms too.'

'Absolutely fantastic stay the room was amazing and the staff were so welcoming . The restaurant nice and cozy serving top notch food and good portions also. The bar was very nice with a good offering of different beers and lovely clientele . Will definitely be returning here and would recommend to anyone.'

'Food was wonderful. Room was very clean, with a lovely tray of tea, coffee and biscuits. They have an information pack in the room that gives all relevant information. They have information available for walks in the local area. It is in the middle of nowhere, so use the restaurant if here for a night. '
