'Our stay at The Ridge by Tiny Away in Daylesford was frustrating from start to finish. Communication was poor throughout - we received no booking confirmation until I chased it up, and only found out one hour before check-in that the heater was broken, during a freezing weekend. We were offered no suitable alternative or support.To make matters worse, we paid 300 for one night, only to see the same night listed online for 100 (so they hadn;t even blocked out our stay, causing stress we weren't...

'The property was very well appointed for a short or medium length stay for two. A small area for dogs at the front is fully enclosed however the backyard is open. The location as a short walk to central Daylesford or Hepburn Springs is ideal to not need to drive much once you arrive, but a short drive and you’re in Creswick or Castlemaine. Walking Lake Daylesford was definitely a highlight. The property is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday. '
