Vind je ideale hotel in Coastal Connecticut

'Nice location. Breakfast is Nice. I would Prefer to have more opportuniteit to manage the airconditioning in The room, not only temperature and on/off. But thats a minor detail. Felt very welcome and plenty parking space and a good bed.'

'This property was very clean as well as our room. No worries about bedbugs or anything like that. Staff was super friendly and super helpful.. they even scheduled a shuttle to the casino for a concert on a night that they don’t usually have a shuttle so that was very helpful for us. I would definitely recommend and stay there again. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods.'

'rooms were beautiful and kept impeccably clean by the great staff, the resort is plentiful and we had fun exploring and probably could've spent another couple days finding new things to do, my only knocks would be, while the interior is beautiful, the exterior of the building can use a facelift and being able to hear the drunk middle aged women having a karaoke party in the next room until 3am on the night before our checkout wasn't ideal, but I guess that goes with the territory. '

'Very disappointed. Best Western Executive hotel are definitely off my list of places to stay. I have never been charged $200. for incidentals on registration. I see this as a cash grab. The carpet in the room was dirty as well as the floor in the bathroom. The eggs at breakfast tasted like rubber and I was really taken back when I witnessed the breakfast person on his phone and then placing muffins in the case with his bare hands. Not good!'

'The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is really great! Our room must have had a lose pipe or vent in the wall behind the shower so it would bang on the wall alot. Once we got used to it it wasnt bad. That is my only complaint. The stay other then that was great!'

'Upon our arrival, the exterior of the facility appeared fairly decent and gave us a positive first impression. However, after checking in and entering our room, the experience quickly changed. Inside the room, we encountered several concerning issues sich as cracks on the floor, a noticeable tilt in the bathroom, a crooked headboard, and furniture that appeared worn to the point of needing replacement but still in use. The hot tub area was surrounded by outdated tile, and the flooring did not...

'Very close to Mohegan Sun, property was very nice, clean, the staff were welcoming. There’s a shuttle frequently on weekends to casino. And was about $400 cheaper - a great spot'
