'Fabulous! Apartment was exactly as pictured. View of Westminster and London Eye from balcony was extra special. Plenty of room for family of 5. Close to all transport, shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Grab some waters and essentials from the Tesco around the corner and you are all set. Would definitely return!'

'Vous catalogué le logement comme appartement ou flat mais en réalité il s'agit juste d'une petite chambre avec une kitchenette. Chambre beaucoup plus petite qu'une une chambre d'hôtel. Hall d'entré commun avec la chambre d'en face vraiment minuscule, imposible de se tenir à deux personnes devant la porte de la chambre car pas d'espace. Wifi proposé mais presque inexistant. Perte de connexion wifi en permanence car pas de réseau (j'imagine que l'antenne se trouvait à l'étage inférieur).'

'Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us.'

'They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. The beds were comfortable at least. No wash cloths provided either but there were...
