โReview: Disappointing Experience โ Room for Improvement
โWe were unfortunately disappointed with our recent stay, primarily due to the location and value of our cabin. While the resort has some great features, there were several issues that impacted our holiday:
โCabin Location & Privacy: We were assigned an older cabin at the far back of the property. Despite being booked as a "Superior" unit, it felt dated and lacked privacy, as the neighboring cabins were very close together.
โOrchard Noise: A significant downside was the proximity to the neighboring orchards. Gas cannons were firing from 6:30 AM until late evening. It would be helpful if the resort disclosed this noise at the time of booking, especially for those placed in the back rows.
โAmenities & Layout: The indoor/outdoor pool area is excellent, but it was nearly a 1km walk from our section of the park. Given how busy the pool gets on hot days, the resort feels like it has outgrown its current facilities; a second pool area at the other end of the park would make a huge difference.
โMaintenance & EV Charging: We noticed quite a few bugs in our room during the stay. Additionally, for those driving EVs, the on-site charging rates are quite highโwe found it was about half the price to charge in nearby Cobram
