'The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Left something in the room and the staff member without hesitation went to the room and found what I left and had it at the front desk. The room was clean and ample parking.'

'Stay was good except for the dog in the next room who barked and howled during the night. We were not told it allowed pets. One incident with outsiders meeting in lobby and caused a commotion. Front desk handeled very well. Room was clean, breakfast good, staff friendly and building secure.'

'The breakfast "buffet" is not all that great for the price they charge. One guest said to me that she wanted her 3 kids to see the offerings before she spent $80 on BREAKFAST for her kids. Better to go to Mc D. and get big breakfast for $5!'

'It was fine for 1 night, but it is very dated and the curtains were ripped and the room wasn't very clean. I had planned to stay and work after checkout but they were having some big event and wouldn't let me sit in the dining area or the business room (which was a reason I booked this hotel) because of it. My ride had already left, so I had to uber into town and sit in the local library to work. '

'Our group of 6 girlfriends had an amazing stay at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina. From the moment we arrived, we knew the weekend was going to be very special. The staff was always warm & welcoming. Shoutout to Scott at reception for ensuring a perfect stay! Dinner at Fresh Salt was delicious & the atmosphere was lively. Shuttle into town was a great option. Can’t wait to book another visit!'
