Queensize bedden in slaapkamer # 1 en slaapkamer # 2; twee tweelingen in slaapkamer # 3. Alle linnengoed is inbegrepen. Alle handdoeken (bad en strand) zijn inbegrepen. Breedbeeld flatscreen-tv in FR, kabelservice, internet en WIFI inbegrepen. Wasruimte inclusief full-size wasmachine en droger. Patio uitgerust met BBQ, eettafel / stoelen en een lounge. Carport groot genoeg voor één voertuig. Parkeer een tweede voertuig op de oprit. We loved our stay! The house was so clean and our hosts were so kind and responsive. Plenty of supplies and fresh blankets, towels, etc. we would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay for the long weekend of Memorial day was excellent, the house had everything you might thing you will need and beyond, location was extremely convenient and the Hosts were really friendly!

Great location!

Awesome location. Stayed for 4 nights to visit Kennedy Space center and hit the beach. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We will be looking to book again next year

Very well equipped little cottage that is perfectly situated on the Space Coast

Dan and Lila were gracious, helpful, and accommodating hosts. This cottage is an easy one for us to recommend. Locals are friendly too

Perfect beach vacation location

Stayed here in April. The whole family enjoyed staying here, great location, walking distance to a nice family friendly beach, not crowded. Hosts were great and super accommodating. House has everything you need.

This vacation home had everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen (including spices) and everywhere else throughout the home. The backyard was nice with a picnic table and other seating. There were plenty of extra beach towels, bath towels, beach toys, a beach wagon, umbrella, and it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owners, Dan and Lila, had everything we needed to know in a folder when we arrived and communicated through text how to unlock the house when we arrived. When I texted with questions they were very quick to respond. Thank you for a wonderful experience at Cocoa Beach! When we return we will be sure to reach out to you. Great place in Cocoa Beach with privacy

This is a great place to stay. Close to the beach and private fenced in garden is so beautiful. I could’ve stayed out there all day! The kitchen is well stocked, the beach is close. Felt very peaceful in the home. Very nice to see SpaceX launches as well.

Amazing property

This house was perfect for 4 adults and 2 teens. Short walk to the beach, fully stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas. The rear patio was awesome for relaxing and grilling. The house was amazingly clean and stocked for cooking. We loved it. Highly recommend!

Great Location and great place to stay

Dan and Lila were great hosts and they go above and beyond to provide a great stay for their guests. From the documentation provided about the house and local area down to the games and beach stuff provided. Their focus is making sure you have a great time. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again when visiting Cocoa Beach.

Awesome beach cottage

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting cocoa beach. Comfy beds, nice linens, a well outfitted kitchen and 2 blocks to the beach. It was absolutely spotless! One of the best selling points was the huge selection of beach toys they have for you to use. They are a font of knowledge and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. They told us about a rocket launch we hadn’t heard of and we were able to see it. Excellent hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Home Away from Home

Our family was welcomed by Dan and Lila as if we were their family. Everything in the house was thoroughly explained during our personal tour. We were given plenty of tips about the area, including updates on a SpaceX Falcon 9 launch, which was a highlight for some of us. The beach is a short walk and tons of beach equipment was available to use. A great place to stay.

Walk to the beach

The house was exactly as advertised and very well stocked. Great neighborhood with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. A 7 mikes drive to Cocoa Village and the Kennedy Space Center is 5 miles away. We watched a launch from the beach! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Lila.

Great Home in Great Location

I would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The hosts met us at the property for a quick tour and keys. The home was well stocked and had just about everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The beach is a short walk away. There are also several restaurants and stores in walking distance. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our family will keep this home in mind for future vacations.
