The Space:

Tucked into a quiet pocket of South Cocoa Beach, this single-level retreat invites you to slow down and breathe in the salt air. Just a short walk from the shore, the home wraps you in an open, breezy layout where exposed rafters lend a rustic touch to every room. Whether you're chasing waves or simply unwinding in the shade, this is a place built for easy, unhurried days.



Living space

Inside, the open floor plan keeps things light and connected, with a coastal feel that runs throughout the home. A dedicated workspace is tucked in for anyone who needs to check in on emails between beach trips, and the living areas flow naturally into one another, making it simple for the group to spread out or gather together.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, sleeping up to 8 guests. Each room is outfitted with room-darkening shades, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets, so everyone can settle in comfortably after a day of sun. A pack 'n play, children's books and toys, and a high chair make this an easy fit for families traveling with little ones.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics and dishware you'll need. A hot water kettle and coffee are on hand for slow mornings, and the dining area gives the group a spot to come together over breakfast or dinner.



Bathroom

Across 3 bathrooms, you'll find everything needed to get ready for the day - a bathtub, hot water, hair dryer, and toiletries including shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products.



Outdoor & location

Step out back into a relaxed backyard built for downtime. Stretch out on the patio, fire up the BBQ grill, or let the kids loose at the incredible playhouse tucked into the yard. Beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so it's easy to head straight for the water whenever the mood strikes. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock make arrival simple, while free parking on premises and free street parking take the stress out of settling in. Pets are allowed, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome too.

Getting Around:

Located in a neighborhood off A1A with easy accessibility to Interstate 520 and 528. Just a short distance from downtown Cocoa Beach, enjoy roaming the neighborhoods or walking to the many shops and restaurants nearby. Lyft and Uber are prominent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
