The Space:

Set just steps from the sand, this one-story, 7-unit complex channels the laid-back spirit of Cocoa Beach's most iconic surf breaks, with every unit named after a local spot the community knows and loves. Whether you're booking a single condo or reserving the entire property for a big family trip, you'll find a space that fits your crew.



The space

The Juni is a recently renovated, single-story complex made up of 7 individually styled units: a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom condo, a 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo, and 5 studios. Each one carries its own surf-inspired identity while sharing the same easy, beachy comfort throughout - bright interiors, clean modern touches, and finishes that reflect the coastal lifestyle just outside the door.



Sleeping arrangements

Unit 1, The Spanish House, is a 2BR/1BA condo with a king bed in bedroom one and two queen beds in bedroom two, plus a tri-fold mattress available in the living area for extra sleeping space. Unit 2, Shark Pit, offers a king bed in a cozy studio layout. Units 3 and 4, RC's and Playalinda, each feature two queen beds. Units 5 and 6, Tables and 2nd Light, each have a king bed with a tri-fold mattress on hand if needed. Unit 7, The Streets, is a 1BR/1BA condo with a king bed and a tri-fold mattress for the living area.



Kitchen & dining

Unit 1 comes with a full kitchen and a large dining table built for group meals. Every other unit includes a kitchenette stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig, with cooking basics on hand so you can prep everything from a quick breakfast to a full coastal dinner. Dining tables are included in each unit for easy meals in.



Outdoor space

Cool off in the shared pool, fire up the BBQ grill, and gather at the outdoor dining area after a day in the sun. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower, and keep the evening going with a round of yard games under the stars.



Location

The Juni puts you within walking distance of the beach and Cocoa Beach's surf culture, with local seafood spots, beach bars, and shops nearby. Spend the day paddleboarding or kayaking on the Banana River, hike the trails of Canaveral National Seashore, or catch a rocket launch from the shore. Orlando's theme parks are also within driving distance, making The Juni a flexible home base for both beach days and day trips inland.



Pets allowed - please note any pet-related fees or restrictions directly with your host. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, so your beach getaway can start the moment you pull in.



Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned for each unit.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
