The house itself was nice however pulling up to the house the grass was tall and the dumpsters were over flowing. There were not enough wash cloths and towels for 6 people which was the booking amount. The hot tub and pool were dirty and neither was heated like the owner stated they would be. We had to contact the owner which responded however we had to trouble shoot the pool and hot tub the entire time we were there. The hot tub continuously drained and was freezing. The pool company came out on the 3rd day however none of the issues were fixed.

First the positives: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, bath/showers, sinks all good; beds comfortable. Now the negatives: TV works but no local channels such as ABC, NBC, CBS unless you have a streaming service and a few times we had a solid black line about 4" wide on the screen which sometimes would stay and other times would leave in about an hour; no coffee pot, only a KUERIG; the pool has a slow leak and we had to keep adding water and the pool heater could not keep up; the pool enclosure has a gap in the corner at the pool deck concrete which has sunk; a squirrel got in a few times but found its way out; but our biggest complaint was that the house was FILTHY and was not properly cleaned upon our check-in; the furniture is fabric and probably not ever vacuumed; the outdoor table rusted and dirty; the outdoor property around the house in disarray and unkept; fence moldy; windows with fingerprints. Definitely would not stay here again; we don't know how this property got the rating it did.

Pool and Jacuzzi wasn't a good experience dirty and low water and heat was timed through owner and rats in roof of the house. Chairs were rotted through in the pool area. Almost injured my pregnant sister. Owner didn't care.

This was a great place to stay before leaving for our family cruise. House is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to a shopping area to get any forgotten items before our trip. I have 2 more trips planned this year and if available would be willing to stay here again. Thank you.

We were there for a motorcycle event and the house was the perfect place to stay during the weekend. Very comfortable and clean. The area is amazing. Lots of things to do and places to visit.Joseph was very communicative and the whole process was very easy.

Beautiful birthday

Got together for a birthday celebration with my family and everyone loved this property! We were looking for something large enough to accommodate everyone, close enough to Kennedy Space Center, but far enough away from busy streets. This property got all of our needs and impressed us with all of its accommodations. It’s far enough away to be a quiet neighborhood and close enough to some great food spots and fun destinations. The guest bathroom was a bit dirty but easy to clean up in the moment.

Relaxing get-away

The house was nice, LOVED the heated pool. The pool was our main reason for picking this home. We were in it several times a day while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet. Lots of food/grocery delivery options. It was a great birthday vacation for me and my bestie. Joseph was a great host, checking in with us to make sure things were good. The only change I believe is needed is TVs in the bedrooms, but we were in the pool so much by the time we headed to our rooms, we were ready to sleep.

A lovely house

We came for my twins 16th bday. The house was close to Orlando as well as Kennedy space center. We had an amazing time and were able to sleep well. We enjoyed having the pool at the house as well as the awesome big tub in the master bath. My only complaint is that the couch In front of the tv is pretty broken down.
