'Property needs minor updating. Listed as 4 bedroom, however the bunkbeds are accessed thru another bedroom. Wasn't a problem for us since kids stayed with parents. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom has queen & double, 3rd has bunkbeds & 2 doubles. Pool is very nice, adequate seatimg outside. Dining area seats 12. Living area has 1 sectional sofa. Overall we enjoyed our stay, check-in & check-out was easy.'

'OK this is a very solid VRBO property. I’d give it 8/10 rating. Excellent host communications, easy checkin, nice clean interior. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Couldn’t use the pool due to weather unfortunately. Location is in an older neighborhood with some run down properties but it is transitioning to a nicer neighborhood near a cute walkable shopping area. Downsides: Quirky thermostats, no useful live TV. Appreciated the coffee but would have been helpful to have some creamer handy...

'Amazing stay! The property is completely true to the listing. There were so many activities to keep us entertained at the house. The house was very clean and the host provided great communication. I highly recommend staying here!'

'The house overall was nice, however the housekeeper definitely takes short cuts while cleaning. The backyard is overgrown and the screened in pool area could use some power washing. The one slider door handle was broken and the pool/hot tub definitely has some kind of leak- though the kids didn’t mind. The furniture was not comfortable at all, don’t plan on sitting down to watch a movie you get sucked into the couch that no longer has springs and need assistance get out.That being said it served...

'The host was easy to get a hold of and very friendly & accommodating. Check in was very easy. The house was clean and easy to find, definitely met our expectations. The a/c worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We only stayed one night after our cruise and weren't there long enough to use all of the amenities, but I would certainly stay again.'
