  • TEE JAYS is een ruime begane grond unit met twee slaapkamers op de begane grond, centraal in de beroemde 'Sawtell Cafe Precinct', RSL, Golf & Bowling Clubs, lokaal zwembad en meer. Onlangs gerenoveerde keuken met vaatwasser voor uw gemak, ruime woonkamer met een tv met volledig scherm, dvd-speler en surround sound-systeem, evenals een interne wasruimte met wasmachine en droger en bijgewerkte slaapkamermeubilair om u van alle gemakken te voorzien die u wenst.

    Tee Jays is comfortabel geschikt voor maximaal vijf (5) gasten -

    Hoofdslaapkamer: Queen bed, ventilator aan het plafond en ingebouwde gewaden

    Slaapkamer twee: tweepersoonsbed en eenpersoonsbed, plafondventilator en ingebouwd gewaad.

    Het belangrijkste bewaakte strand van Sawtell ligt op slechts een korte loopafstand. U kunt de kinderen in de gaten houden terwijl ze naar de Surf Club lopen.

    Een Weber BBQ is ook voorzien voor uw gemak op het betegelde terras en een volledig omheinde tuin met gras voor de kinderen om te spelen.

    Parkeren is op straat en undercover.

We were there to visit friends staying at Boambee Bay. it was very convenient for the two of us and would make a great stay for a small family. close to Sawtell Hotel (30 metres) and RSL. also First Ave restaurants. Walk to beach. Access to car port is a bit tricky especially for a large vehicle but doable. A box of facial tissues would have been good.

The unit itself was roomy and comfortable except for the small kitchen. Everything you could possibly need was supplied with the exception of WiFi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very very wet week with 400 mm of rain whilst we were there. The unit was neat and tidy and tiny. Because of the wet weather we did not have to use the window rollers to keep the noise down from the pub. The unit was very handy to the main street and eating areas and the beach. My only criticism was the large bed (which was very comfortable) in a small room where we both ended up with bruises from the confined space and the timber bed end. The shower stall needed a clean with mould around the bottom but otherwise it had everything you would need and more.

Easy access to Sawtell's main street and to the beach. A bit noisy when the hotel crowd leave on Friday and Saturday - an incentive to stay up late and take advantage of the massive TV.
