'Shore Relaxing is an amazing place. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We spent time hiking False Cape State Park (VA)...we found a gate to enter from NC. We also explored the Currituck Beach Lighthouse Park/Maritime Museum and hiked Currituck Banks Preserve. The wild horses made daily visits which excited, cautiously, our dog Roscoe. We look forward to a return to Shore Relaxing and would recommend to family and friends.'

'This rental is fabulous! Beautiful furnishings and very well equipped. We brought a few things but never even opened them because they were already provided. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The home is brand new, and gorgeous. I usually rent a huge house but since it was just my husband and I we opted for a smaller property and it turned out to be perfect. The walk to the beach is super easy and the community is beautiful. I know because we brought our 2 dogs so I was out and about...

'Great stay with our family. The living room and open layout was perfect for everyone to congregate. Kudos to the hosts for their great interior design in all of the rooms too! The house is a few steps from the beach entrance which made going back and forth super easy. Would definitely recommend!'

'The cottage was very clean, nicely furnished, and well-appointed (beds, linens, towels, kitchen, etc.). The only drawback for us was the passing vehicle noise as the cottage is situated just a few yards from a busy road. This apparently has not been an issue for majority of guests so maybe just us. Host(s) were great communicators and have done everything "within their power" to provide a wonderful stay.'

'We enjoyed staying at KOA in Coinjock. The location is beautiful, the campground is nicely laid out, and our pet friendly cottage was clean and spacious! The only recommendation I would have is to call the campground to verify which amenities will be open and operational, and verify the pet fee. Our reservation said the pet fee would be $10/night, but we were charged $50. I think they should have honored our reservation, but the lady at the front desk said she couldn't do anything about it....

'My husband and I and our dog Luna stayed here for the weekend. It was the perfect location for what we wanted-a relaxing, comfortable, get-away weekend. We loved being in this part of Corolla, especially in the off-season. No traffic, easy access to uncrowded beaches for driving and hanging out. The cottage's location near Historic Corolla Park was perfect. We could walk across the road to see the sunset on the sound as well as climb the lighthouse for amazing views. A cute shopping/restaurant...

The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...
