'Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Nice decor. It was a sanctuary from the 39 heat outside and a nice place to return to after exploring the wonderful sights of Granada. Communication was easy. We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. I would have preferred to have newer bedding and throw pillows, they look old.

Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean. After the room was cleaned (every 4th day) the floors were still dirty.

'Het hotel heeft 5* en de service is (bij het inchecken) prima. Parkeren is (als je uit de goede richting komt) 100m voorbij de receptie. Maar er komt metéén hulp bij het ophalen van de bagage. Valetparkeren is peperduur. Het alternatief niet veel goedkoper (€58 voor 66 uur).
De hulp bij het vertrekken was niet aanwezig. Het hotel ligt t.o. het Alhambra. Restaurant is prima maar weinig (5 hoofdgerechten en 2 nagerechten) keuze. Maar binnen 200m zojn et goede (minder luxueze) alternatieven.

the bathrooms were perfectly lit with enormous theater style mirror lights but the in the room itself, too little light for my taste, almost dark if i may add.

i found that the bathtub needs a maat so as not to slip.

"Geweldige plek om te verblijven, maar niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Dat geldt overigens voor het hele gebied.
Parkeren is op ca 10 min lopen en een (rol)koffer meenemen is best een avontuur. Wij kozen ervoor om een rugzak te vullen met het hoognodige.
Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer is netjes, maar vertoont wat probleempjes. Zo werkte de regendouche niet en is het toilet erg onhandig geplaatst.
De ligging is perfect. Je loopt de antieke voordeur uit en staat direct in de levendigste wijk van Granada.
