'Fijn klein hotel in authentiek 16e eeuws gebouw met fantastische staf. Wij hadden uitzocht op het Alhambra. Ligging prima, weliswaar niet in winkelcentrum maar wel in oude moorse wijk. Zowel bus C1 naar centrum als toeristen hop on hop off busje stopt vlakbij hotel. Niet voor invaliden geschikt. '

We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. I would have preferred to have newer bedding and throw pillows, they look old.
Other than that, its one of the best places to stay, the terrace they have is unbelievable '

'american visitors with Car , prepare for driving in stiff streets , and parking from property is in restricted aarea , you have to contact office , then ask instructions ( no iron to get your shirts ready) beside of thst ! Good place for after visiting castle , go out and walk for dinner !! '

Floors are very dirty and will make your feet black, regardless of how often they come by to clean. After the room was cleaned (every 4th day) the floors were still dirty.

"Geweldige plek om te verblijven, maar niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Dat geldt overigens voor het hele gebied.
Parkeren is op ca 10 min lopen en een (rol)koffer meenemen is best een avontuur. Wij kozen ervoor om een rugzak te vullen met het hoognodige.
Personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer is netjes, maar vertoont wat probleempjes. Zo werkte de regendouche niet en is het toilet erg onhandig geplaatst.
De ligging is perfect. Je loopt de antieke voordeur uit en staat direct in de levendigste wijk van Granada.
Als we nog een keer naar Granada gaan, komen we hier zeker terug."
