'Room had a dirty/wet pet smell, the carpet was filthy with numerous stains and the shower floor looked bad as well. Someone had dropped a cpap mask on the floor between the bed and night stand so it’s clear a thorough cleaning is not being done. The hallways had small pieces of trash all over and it just seemed there is much pride in the maintenance and care of the property. 'I needed a very simple room that was inexpensive for my stay while my dog was going to have surgery at WSU Veterinary Hospital. The kind woman that was at the check-in desk could not have been kinder to me. My dog passed away before ever getting to the surgery and I ended up staying an extra night before I took the 7 Hour drive home. She could not have been more understanding and caring. That meant a great deal to me, especially when I was traveling alone and faced such an unexpected tragedy....

'While the location was a few miles from Pullman, the drive was pretty from Steptow Butte and the price very affordable. Note. Do not follow any Google route onto gravel or dirt roads, use the paved highway. The apartment is light and airy, with a full kitchen. The unit is on the second floor. The evening and morning cloud formations were really pretty. Very quiet and comfortable bed and sofa bed. Communication with Ethan was very easy and he was quick with responses. Thank you Ethan.'

'Great little studio to stay for a couple of nights. Bathroom a bit small but we made it work. Be aware--no plug ins in the bathroom so you may have to dry and curl your hair in the living space/bedroom area. Very clean and host was great with communication of how to enter the property. We will plan to stay there in the future when visiting University of Idaho.'
