'Our stay at Hotel Gran Ciasa was one of the highlights of our Italy vacation. The surroundings are beautiful and you can enjoy them from anywhere within the hotel. You really feel like you are in the mountains, especially in the hot tub and relax rooms. The room was spotless and cozy, the bed a welcome comfort after some nights on very hard mattresses, and the bathroom spacious and luxurious. We recommend the full pensione. 'I highly recommend this hotel! It was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful; they even helped me find my lost wallet. The property is perfectly located right at the starting point of the Gardena Pass. The mountain view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. I definitely recommend using the spa to relax and take in that amazing view.'

'Een mooi hotel, ligging buiten het centrum. De kamer was mooi en groot, echter wel zeer gehorig omdat er een deur tussen ons en de buren in zat. Daarnaast hoorde je ook alles wat er op de gang gebeurde. Het ontbijt was erg goed, veel keus en smaakte lekker. Het eten 's avonds in het restaurant is ook zeer goed, alleen de bediening praat weinig tot geen Engels. Verder zijn wel vriendelijk'
